EWPA Yellow Card Training
Pieper Hire offers a comprehensive EWPA Yellow Card training program focused on empowering workers to operate elevated work platforms (EWP) safely and competently. This 1-day course is perfect for those working on construction, infrastructure, civil projects, telecommunications, or at events and production environments where EWPs are essential.
Participants receive hands-on instruction for various types of EWPs, including boom type MEWPs with a boom length under 11 metres. Our expert trainers ensure that you walk away with the confidence and certification to operate these machines whilst adhering to the latest safety standards.
Boom Lift Training (Over 11m)
For those needing to operate boom-type elevating work platforms (boom length 11 metres or more), we offer Boom Lift Training. This program is delivered within the workplace through a 2-day face-to-face training course or over an extended period combining face-to-face instruction, self-paced learning, and on-the-job experience.Upon successful completion, participants will receive:
- A Statement of Attainment for the unit TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 meters or more)
- A WorkSafe Notice of Assessment
The flexible training delivery is designed to accommodate workplace requirements, providing trainees with the knowledge and hands-on experience required for a High Risk Work Licence (WP).
Verification of Competency (VOC)
Pieper Hire also provides Verification of Competency (VOC) services, which are increasingly required under new regulations where sites and employers mandate currency of licensing and competencies held by operators. Our VOC assessments cover:
- Forklift (High Risk Licence)
- Boom Lift Over 11m (High Risk Licence)
- EWPA Yellow Card (BL, SL, VL)
